Clyde Net Zero provides renewable energy installation services including Solar PV systems, Heat Pump installations, maintenance, support, and energy surveys for domestic, commercial, and industrial properties.

3. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on site conditions, material costs, and other factors discovered during survey or installation.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your contract. Generally:

  • A deposit may be required to secure booking
  • Progress payments may be required for larger projects
  • Final payment is due upon completion of work
  • We accept payment by bank transfer, cheque, or card

5. Warranties

We provide warranties on our installations as specified in your contract. Equipment warranties are provided by manufacturers. We warrant our workmanship for the period specified in your agreement.

6. Customer Obligations

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about their property
  • Ensure safe access to work areas
  • Obtain necessary permissions for work to proceed
  • Make payment according to agreed terms

7. Cancellation

Cancellation terms will be specified in your contract. Generally, if you cancel after work has commenced, you may be liable for costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the contract. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. This does not affect your statutory rights.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Clyde Net Zero and protected by copyright laws.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
